About these terms
The app is provided by Cycling Without Age, Rentemestervej 80, st., 2400 København NV, Denmark, CVR no. 36655305. It is free of charge. These terms cover your use of the app on the web, on iOS and on Android. Rides themselves are organised by your local chapter, which may have its own guidelines.
Who can use the app
You need to be at least 18 years old to create an account yourself. Riders can also be added by a caretaker or by their chapter.
Your account
Keep your sign-in methods, such as your email, phone and passkeys, to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. Keep your details up to date so your chapter can reach you. If you add someone else as a passenger, you confirm that they, or their legal representative, agree.
How we treat each other
The app connects passengers, pilots, caretakers and chapters. Be kind, respectful and honest. These are not allowed:
- harassment, threats or hate
- sexual, violent or otherwise inappropriate content
- spam and advertising
- sharing other people's personal details without their permission
Reporting and blocking
You can report messages, profiles and people, and block anyone you no longer want to hear from. Chapter admins review every report and can remove content or suspend accounts.
Chapters review reports as soon as they can, usually within a few days. If you disagree with a decision, write to the contact below and we will look at it again.
Rides and safety
- Only pilots who have completed their chapter's training may pilot a trishaw.
- Follow your chapter's guidelines, traffic rules and the instructions for the trishaw.
- Passengers and pilots decide together whether a ride is safe. Cancel or stop a ride if the weather, the road or someone's health makes it unsafe.
- Report damage to a trishaw and any accident to your chapter right away.
The chapter organising a ride is responsible for it. The app helps you plan rides; it does not replace your own judgement on the road.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app. We or your chapter may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk or has not been used for a long time. Where we can, we tell you first and explain why.
Liability
The app is provided free of charge and as it is. We work to keep it available and correct, but we do not guarantee that it is always available or free of errors. We are only liable for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, unless mandatory law says otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits liability for personal injury where the law does not allow it.
These terms are governed by Danish law. Mandatory consumer protection in the country where you live stays in force.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change materially, we will ask you to accept the new version.
